What it does not always have is soil that will still be productive in twenty years, seed that farmers own rather than rent, or a legal framework that treats either as worth protecting.<\/p>\n<p>This programme runs four Agroecology Learning Centres where regenerative practice is demonstrated rather than described. Farmers arrive sceptical, watch a plot that has had no synthetic input for three seasons, and leave with cuttings and a plan. Around that sits the legal work: seed sovereignty, agrochemical regulation, and the regional push for an East African agroecology law.<\/p>\n<p>Climate justice runs through all of it.
