We put evidence in front of the people who write the rules, and we put the rules in front of the people they are supposed to protect. Journalists, market vendors, regulators, regional lawmakers, farmer associations: each of them holds a piece of the leverage.<\/p>\n<p>Campaigns run for years, not weeks.
